Please contact us within 21 working days of receipt via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) providing us with the order number, your name and the problem with the product (photos often help us get to the bottom of things). Our customer service team will then review and offer you either a refund, replacement or discount from your next order. Please note: We may ask for extra details before we can process the refund or replacement.
Due to the personalised nature of the goods it is not necessary to return the received items. We will therefore not be able to refund any returns postage paid, should you choose to return your order.
